Key Responsibilities

  • Open and grow new retail accounts within an assigned territory
  • Build relationships with store owners and key decision-makers
  • Maintain strong in-store presence through merchandising and restocking
  • Manage inventory, reorders, and support ongoing sales growth
  • Execute promotions, sampling events, and local activations
  • Track sales activity and performance using CRM tools
  • Independently manage schedule and territory


Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable with local travel and a physically active role (lifting up to 40 lbs)
  • Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
  • Competitive, organized, and results-driven
  • Interest in sales, business, or consumer products


No prior sales experience required—paid training provided.
