Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in product design

- Currently working at a product-based organisation

- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped work (not just concepts)

- High proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping)

- Strong visual design skills (typography, spacing, color)

- Experience designing for real-world product use cases and edge cases

- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly

- Strong attention to detail and consistency

- Basic understanding of interaction and system thinking

- Interest in leveraging AI in design workflows

Responsibilities

- Design and execute UI screens across SARAL’s core products

- Deliver designs covering full product specs including edge and error states

- Collaborate with product and design teams on feature execution

- Contribute to and maintain the design system and component library

- Perform design QA to ensure shipped output matches design intent

- Continuously improve design quality through self-review and feedback

- Build design references and bring strong craft thinking into reviews
