We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support and guide our users—from grassroots fundraisers to national nonprofits—as they run successful events on our platform.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Support users via email, chat, and occasionally calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Help improve internal processes and collaborate with a fully remote team
- Customer support experience (email/chat/Zoom)
- Tech-savvy with great communication skills
- Comfortable with Excel and basic web design
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Legal Resident of Canada fluent English
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising events
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Intercom, Enchant
- Remote work experience & self-starter mentality
- 4 x 10 hour days (Thu–Sun, 11:30AM–9:30PM US Pacific time)
- 5 x 8 hour days (Thu–Mon, 1:30PM–9:30PM US Pacific time)
