Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Work directly alongside the CEO/Founder to oversee daily business operations, drive growth initiatives, and optimize organizational performance across multiple departments within a high-growth aesthetic medical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company KPIs and operational performance metrics to improve efficiency, profitability, and patient experience.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of clinical and administrative staff while building a high-performance team culture.
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, revenue tracking, payroll coordination, operational expense management, and full P&L ownership.
- Direct sales operations and lead pipeline management, improving conversion rates, patient acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth.
- Maintain an in-person leadership presence to effectively manage teams, oversee daily operations, support staff development, and ensure operational accountability.
- Develop a deep understanding of practice procedures, patient workflows, and service offerings to improve operational execution and team alignment.
- Partner with marketing teams on brand strategy, patient acquisition initiatives, campaigns, social media direction, and growth opportunities.
- Stearmline internal systems, workflows, and cross-functional communication to support scalability and operational excellence.
- Colloborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, business development, expansion initiatives, and organizational growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, patient experience expectations, and company performance goals.
Preferred Qualifications / Requirements
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in healthcare, aesthetics, medical practice management, or a related industry.
- Proven experience managing multi-department operations and high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen with direct P&L ownership and budget management experience.
- Master’s degree, MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced professional credential preferred.
- Demonstrated success scaling operations, improving efficiencies, and driving revenue growth.
- Experience overseeing sales performance, lead generation pipelines, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational development skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on management approach.
- In-person operational leadership required to effectively support team management, training, procedural oversight, and company culture development.
