Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Back Office Employee located in our Royal Palm Beach, FL office. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, handling administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, assisting with customer service inquiries, and coordinating with various departments such as finance and sales.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including maintaining records, data entry, and handling administrative tasks
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and assist clients
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Sales operations is beneficial
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in office software and technology for daily tasks
- Experience in the construction or electrical contracting industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or a related field are advantageous
