Job Title Senior Recruiter Location Remote Time Zone EST (or overlap with EST hours) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle (360) recruitment for a high-growth client in the podcast and digital media industry. This role will focus on high-volume hiring across a wide range of functions—including sales, technology, and marketing—while also supporting select HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working at pace, and confident partnering closely with hiring managers in a fast-moving, creative environment. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levels - Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key client within the podcast/media industry - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities - Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through to offer stage - Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within ATS systems - Support light HR-related duties as needed (e.g., onboarding coordination, documentation support) Required Qualifications - Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter, managing full-cycle hiring - Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions (sales, tech, marketing, etc.) - Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to work consistently within EST hours and manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to basic HR operations or people-related administrative tasks Tools & Technology - Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms - Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace - Scheduling and interview coordination tools Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
