Your activities

• Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung der WIKA Messeauftritte im In- und Ausland
• Betreuung des WIKA In-House-Videostudios sowie Produktion und Postproduktion von Webinaren, Interviews, HR-Videos und Unternehmensnews für die interne und externe Kommunikation
• Unterstützung unserer internationalen Tochtergesellschaften bei der Planung und Umsetzung lokaler Messeauftritte
• Koordination und Steuerung sämtlicher Kommunikationsmaßnahmen vor, während und nach Messen
• Konzeption und Entwicklung hochwertiger Messeexponate sowie Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister
• Projekt- und Budgetcontrolling sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität und aussagekräftigem Reporting

Your profile

• Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Planung, Budgetierung und im Controlling von Projekten
• Kenntnisse in der Postproduktion sowie im Umgang mit gängigen Videoschnittprogrammen, vorzugsweise Adobe Premiere Pro oder DaVinci Resolve
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement, eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Koordinationstalent
• Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
