IT Business Partner (m/f/d)

The following challenges await you:

• In your role as IT Business Partner (m/f/d), you will act as the primary IT counterpart a complex and globally integrated Operating Company (OpCo) within the Heraeus Group.
• You will be part of the OpCo’s extended management team, working closely with senior business leaders and acting as a trusted advisor on all IT and digitalization topics.
• You will work closely with the core business, actively engaging with global production sites, metals recycling operations, and supply chain functions to identify digital opportunities and translate them into scalable IT solutions.
• You will drive and manage a portfolio of high-impact initiatives (e.g. in areas such as supply chain, operations, commercial, data transparency, R&D, and MES/OT environments), ensuring a clear contribution to business outcomes in line with our IT Strategy 2030.
• You will ensure strong alignment between business priorities and IT execution, shaping the IT roadmap for the OpCo and guiding demand, prioritization, and delivery in close collaboration with Heraeus IT service lines.
• You will manage the IT budget for the OpCo, ensuring transparency, value creation, and focus on the most relevant initiatives and strategic projects.
• You will have high visibility within Heraeus IT and the business, with direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape digital transformation in a global environment.
