We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing footprint across Louisville and surrounding Kentucky markets. This is a high-impact, field-facing recruiting role designed for someone who knows how to move fast, build relationships, and close top talent in one of the most competitive labor markets in the country.

This is not a “post and pray” job.

This is a performance-driven role where you will be expected to hunt, network, and deliver results consistently.

The Role

You will own full-cycle recruiting across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical—primarily focused on technicians, installers, and field leadership.

You will work directly with Operations leaders to ensure we are fully staffed, ahead of demand, and building pipelines before the need exists.

We are seeking someone who is:

• A true recruiter—you know how to source, engage, and close talent
• A networker—you build relationships that turn into hires
• Polished, professional, and camera-ready at all times—comfortable representing the company in interviews, hiring events, and leadership interactions
• Able to operate with speed, urgency, and discipline in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable managing monthly metrics, hiring targets, and performance expectations

This is a high-visibility role. You represent TurnPoint in the market and internally with our leadership team.

What You’ll Do

• Drive full-cycle recruiting across home services roles (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
• Proactively source talent through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and market mapping
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of field talent
• Partner with Operations to align hiring with staffing and capacity goals
• Execute hiring events, local recruiting campaigns, and community engagement
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch through offer
• Maintain workflows and reporting in iCIMS (TalentHub)

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in Home Services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical REQUIRED)
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong experience with ATS platforms (iCIMS REQUIRED)
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing passive candidates
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular field engagement across Southern California
