Director of Sales & Marketing

I’m looking for a unicorn in Chicago — a Director of Sales & Marketing who may not pull up in a Mercedes or BMW… but absolutely drives Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR Index, and Market Share as they stole them. The kind of sales leader who can sell out a hotel during a snowstorm, knows STR reports better than their own family birthdays, and treats competitive sets like personal enemies.

If you are a DOSM who lives for pace reports, sleeps with a Smith Travel report under their pillow, and can move market share faster than Chicago traffic moves on a Friday (which admittedly isn’t saying much), I’d love an introduction. Bonus points if they can charm ownership, motivate a sales team, and close business before the competition finishes their first coffee.

Total Comp Package: $140K - $195K + Relocation Assistance & Temp Housing
