Logistics Coordinator – Customer-First Dispatcher Who Owns Follow-Through


You’re the type who likes being the person customers count on. You’re quick on the phone, clear in a text, and calm when plans change. As the Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the customer connection + dispatch command center for Beacon. You’ll handle calls, emails, and texts, coordinate requests, dispatch drivers across all locations, and keep deliveries moving with accuracy and urgency. When something changes (because it will), you’ll re-route, communicate updates, and follow through until it’s done. You’ll partner with internal teams to stay ahead of issues and keep service tight. Success looks like: customers feel taken care of, drivers have clarity, and Beacon delivers on time, every day.   • Customer-facing dispatch role (calls/texts/emails + routing)

  • Fast-paced, team-oriented indoor environment

  • 3+ years logistics/dispatch experience

  • College Degree preferred

  • Strong communication + organization; thrives under pressure

  • Logistics/ERP + Microsoft Office proficiency
