Logistics Coordinator – Customer-First Dispatcher Who Owns Follow-Through

As the Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the customer connection + dispatch command center for Beacon. You’ll handle calls, emails, and texts, coordinate requests, dispatch drivers across all locations, and keep deliveries moving with accuracy and urgency. When something changes (because it will), you’ll re-route, communicate updates, and follow through until it’s done. You’ll partner with internal teams to stay ahead of issues and keep service tight. Success looks like: customers feel taken care of, drivers have clarity, and Beacon delivers on time, every day.
