Construction Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Sacramento, California

We are a leading Commercial General Contractor serving the greater Sacramento and Northern California region building world-class projects and we are hiring!

We build projects in the K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, High Rise Residential, Office, Corporate Campus, Life Sciences and Mixed-Use markets. We have a backlog of projects in 2025 & 2026 and need a talented Construction Project Manager so we can continue to deliver for our clients.

The Construction Manager will provide oversight of client relations, budget, risk management, team development & mentoring and overall project delivery as a key contributor to the Project Leadership team organizationally.

Desired skills and experience:

• Someone with 7+ years commercial construction experience with stable work history
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar
• Preconstruction, estimating, negotiating experience is preferred but not required
• Experience leading project teams and a strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling and planning in the construction industry
• Positive attitude
• Professional business acumen
• Attention to detail
