Job Requirements

What you’ll do

• Own and build the backend of our core software, shaping how engineers work tomorrow
• Collaborate in a cross-functional feature team (Product, Frontend, Customer Success)
• Deliver features and improvements that are aligned with strategic company goals
• Dive into a variety of backend challenges—from architecture to performance tuning
• Be part of a knowledge-sharing engineering culture, driven by curiosity and high standards

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring, or similar
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and backend system design
• Deep familiarity with the Spring framework
• Curiosity for new tech in the JVM ecosystem and modern software architecture
• A structured, analytical mindset with a pragmatic hands-on attitude
• Proficiency in English for clear collaboration in an international team
