About The Job

We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Developer to strengthen our Cronos Europa team and contribute to large‑scale IT programmes within the European Institutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of front-end website architecture.
  • Design of user interactions on web pages.
  • Development of back-end website applications.
  • Implement core business logic.
  • Creation of servers and databases for functionality.
  • Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
  • Cross-platform optimisation.
  • Design responsive applications.
  • Design and develop APIs.
  • Participating in the design and creation of scalable software.
  • Taking lead on projects, as needed.
  • Maintenance of code integrity and organisation.
  • Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end.
  • Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
  • Meet both technical and consumer needs.
  • Write technical documentation.

Your Profile

  • Proficiency with front‑end languages such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Angular and Bootstrap.
  • Proficiency with back‑end languages and frameworks including Java, PHP, Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
  • Experience with Angular (versions 7 and 10) and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle and MongoDB, with strong experience in Oracle DB.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
  • Experience with eUI.
  • Experience in OpenID Connect integration and SSO using ECAS.
  • Experience in cloud development using Amazon Web Services.
  • Knowledge of API Gateway configuration with OAuth 2.
  • Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server and Apache.
  • Knowledge of SSL/TLS protocol configuration on application servers.
  • Knowledge of reverse proxy configuration.
  • Experience with Kafka, JMS, Kibana and Elasticsearch.
  • Knowledge of e‑procurement systems and the Funding & Tenders Portal.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience developing, building and deploying microservices and micro front‑end applications.
  • Experience with hybrid mobile application development using jQuery Mobile and Ionic.
  • Experience with web services testing tools such as ReadyAPI and Postman.
