Role Description

The Quotations Specialist will play a key role in preparing and managing accurate and competitive quotes for clients, focusing on meeting customer requirements and deadlines. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting project specifications, pricing materials, sourcing competitive supplier quotes, and collaborating with sales teams to secure projects. The role also involves ensuring updates to quotations, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for reviewing project specifications, estimating costs, and preparing accurate quotations
• Experience in vendor negotiations, sourcing supplier quotes, and analyzing competitive pricing
• Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and external clients
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with the electrical distribution industry and experience in quotes or estimating is preferred
• Proficiency in using quoting systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
