Project Engineer:

• Lead new product development projects from concept through design, prototyping, testing, and production release.
• Design and refine precision mechanical components and assemblies to meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
• Build and test prototypes, develop test fixtures, and analyze results to validate product performance.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs can be efficiently produced and scaled for production.
• Partner with purchasing and suppliers on materials, components, and cost considerations.
• Evaluate and improve existing products through design modifications and engineering analysis.
• Provide technical expertise to the sales team by helping answer product and application questions.
• Review and guide engineering drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges throughout development and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on product development.
• Experience with mechanical design, prototyping, and testing.
• Ability to analyze engineering data and solve complex technical problems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering and manufacturing teams.
