IT Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Manage desktop, server, and network support, aligning with Service Level Agreements.

• Oversee and support various telephone systems and data lines.

• Provide technical support for local transit technologies and reservation software.

• Administer local division servers including domain controllers, file servers, and databases.

• Interface directly with client agencies, providing reports and updates.

• Lead IT projects, manage IT personnel, and coordinate with external vendors.

What You'll Need

• Proficiency with specific transit management software is essential.

• Strong experience with Active Directory, relational databases, and networking.

• Familiarity with major IT systems, services, and technology frameworks, including cloud computing and server virtualization.

• Comprehensive understanding of computer, server, network, printer, and peripheral hardware.

• Experience supporting current Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
