As we continue our rapid growth, we are expanding our presence in Sacramento and looking for a high-energy, driven Territory Manager to help accelerate adoption throughout the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team at a pivotal stage of growth, build meaningful relationships with physicians and healthcare systems, and play a direct role in bringing life-changing technology to patients. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-focused, clinically confident, all with the patient first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for business development and generating sales to meet goals of a defined territory.
- Provide product instructions as set forth in the product Instructions for Use (IFU).
- Provide product support during and following cases such as completing necessary documentation (for example: implant registration).
- Administer therapy programming sessions for patients using Curonix products in local clinics, doctor offices, and hospitals.
- Teach/instruct patients, health personnel, family members, and others regarding Curonix products and how to use Curonix products appropriately.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, territory plan and key customer activity reports.
- Promote Curonix products to current and potential customers within a defined region by providing clinical education on implant procedures and support.
- Marketing efforts include in person efforts as well as online/ social marketing.
- Market to referring physicians (primary care, neurology, rheumatology, oncology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, etc.), and patient advocacy/support groups.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate high potential team members, drive engagement, performance and long-term development through mentorship and constructive feedback.
Education Requirements & Previous Experience
- Considerable knowledge of orthopedic and pain management principles, techniques, modalities, and their proper application.
- Ability to teach patients, patient’s families, nurses, and other medical personnel how to use Curonix products.
- 3- 5 years of experience in medical device industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and influence relationships.
- Possess high empathy and compassion for patients.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize own and team schedule cross functionally.
