Job Summary: The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading all recruitment activities for both boutique and office roles. This involves developing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing offer processes, and overseeing new hire induction. The specialist will also maintain strong relationships with agencies, manage recruitment data, coordinate onboarding, and manage the recruitment budget. This role is crucial in attracting and securing top talent to support Bulgari Japan's continued growth.


Key Accountabilities:


Recruitment Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for boutique and office positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and confirm job requirements.
  • Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough resume screening and initial interviews.
  • Manage the interview scheduling process efficiently.
  • Facilitate internal offer approval processes.
  • Administer aptitude tests and conduct reference checks.
  • Extend job offers and manage the negotiation and closing stages of recruitment.


New Graduate Recruitment:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for new graduates, including selection and post-offer onboarding adjustments.
  • Design, promote, and execute internship programs to identify and nurture potential new graduate hires.
  • Manage new graduate recruitment through advertising and leveraging various recruitment resources.


New Hire Onboarding & Induction:

  • Coordinate and conduct the induction process for new hires on their first day.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to assess and confirm performance during the probationary period.
  • Adjust On-boarding for mid-career hires.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with recruitment agencies and other vendors.


Data Management & Reporting:

  • Manage and maintain recruitment data, including applicant and agency conversion rates.


Budget Management:

  • Monitor and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring adherence to allocated funds.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a luxury retail or fashion environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends, including new graduate recruitment strategies and internship program management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Native level Japanese and business level English proficiency.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
