As a Senior Quality Management Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening quality assurance, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives within our operations while working in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment.

Your days will include:

• Maintaining and monitoring the plant quality dashboard to track performance and trends
• Conducting compliance audits to ensure adherence to premium quality SOPs
• Leading initiatives to improve conversion rates and product pass rates
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product specification sheets and quality documentation
• Supporting customer complaint investigations and corrective and preventive actions
• Facilitating new product introductions while ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Collaborating with Sales, Customers, and Operations to support quality improvement initiatives
• Performing additional duties as required

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Grade 12 education; diploma or certificate in Food Science, Agriculture, Meat Processing, or Quality Management preferred
• Knowledge of plant quality management systems and SOP compliance
• Experience conducting audits and supporting corrective action processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards and reporting tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems
