Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience required.
- Prior leadership or management experience within Human Resources strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-state operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience handling sensitive employee relations and compliance matters.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
