Data Analyst

Position Summary:

The Technical Data Analyst provides high-level support to a team of attorneys by processing and managing data in Salesforce. This role requires proficiency in Salesforce, Python, Excel &Power BI.

The position serves as the key point of contact for both internal and external clients and acts as a liaison between the attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality, be results-driven, exercise good judgment, and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision at high levels of professionalism.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a technical data analyst or specialist or similar role

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Proficiency with Salesforce, Python, and PowerBI.
