As an Admin Specialist, you will ensure the success of our partners by providing essential operational support. Working closely with the Business Development team, you will manage administrative workflows, enhance product quality, and coordinate across various teams. As you grow in this role, you will take charge of our daily operations and become an expert in managing operations with precision and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Reviewing, inputting, and proofreading information to list new products on the Klook platform.
  • Editing & Maintenance: Updating existing product content (including copywriting/editing, price adjustments, inventory management, API mapping, etc.).
  • General Support: Handling all other incidental tasks as required by the situation.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven background in administrative tasks involving data entry and proficient PC skills.
  • Japanese Proficiency: Business-level Japanese, including strong reading and writing skills.
  • English Proficiency: Comfortable handling tasks that involve reading and writing in English.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced environments, such as startups.
