Talent Acquisition Specialist | Security Industry


We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple markets within the security industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle.


This is a hands-on position with visibility across operations, offering the opportunity to directly impact hiring outcomes, employee engagement, and overall workforce success. Travel is required.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding for hourly security roles
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, community outreach, and creative sourcing strategies
  • Partner closely with field leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce demands
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and recruiting tools to attract top talent
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear, timely communication
  • Support onboarding and training coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance and onboarding accuracy
  • Engage with employees post-hire to drive retention and referrals


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in high-volume or hourly recruiting
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (UKG/Kronos experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and adaptability
  • Stable work history with consistent performance
  • Willingness to travel as needed
