🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own dealership relationships from onboarding through long-term growth

• Convert trial users into fully active shipping accounts

• Guide dealers through their first shipment experience

• Drive account adoption, retention, and rooftop expansion opportunities

• Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams

• Manage a portfolio of dealership accounts with a strong focus on customer success and volume growth


🔹 Ideal Background:

• 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or Relationship Management in the Automotive network

• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Comfortable working with technology platforms and troubleshooting client issues

• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills

• Automotive, logistics, SaaS, transportation, or insurance-related experience is highly preferred
