At Teamtailor, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and success. We’re looking for a passionate Revenue Operations Manager to help us empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. In this role, you’ll be a key connector—aligning systems, processes, and data to unlock growth in key markets. You’ll collaborate with regional leaders and our global RevOps team to turn big ideas into action, with a focus on performance insights, process improvements, and smart use of technology.
What You’ll Do!!
- Be a strategic partner: Support Go To Market leaders across all regions as their go-to RevOps expert.
- Turn Strategy into Action: Translate commercial strategy and business questions into clear analyses, actionable recommendations, and structured plans (think territory, quota, and forecasting).
- Own Insights That Drive Action: Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards, reporting, and performance analyses across the funnel. Helping teams understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.
- Raise the bar on data quality: Help ensure our GTM data is reliable, scalable, and actionable by improving data quality, governance, and consistency across systems
- Collaborate Globally: Work with global operations and systems teams to roll out enhancements, automation, and new ways of working.
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or similar roles. Ideally in SaaS or B2B tech, though we welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel/Sheets and experience with BI tools.
- Confidence working with Salesforce and other GTM systems, with a solid understanding of how data flows across the commercial tech stack
- A knack for project management and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-growing, and globally connected environment.
- Background in another fast-growing global Saas company. It is helpful if you know what good looks like in our industry.
- Experience in an international business setting.
- Background in management consulting, strategy, or business analysis.
- Skills in SQL or other data querying tools.
- Professional growth in a fast-growing environment, with ongoing training & support.🎗️
