Responsibilities But Not Limited To

  • Support design review and proposal development for H Mart commercial and retail projects
  • Prepare and revise interior design packages, construction drawings, and detail drawings
  • Assist with material selection, furniture layouts, lighting selection, and FF&E documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and general contractors on assigned tasks
  • Maintain and update the internal library of materials, finishes, and vendor catalogs
  • Generate high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for internal design presentations
  • Monitor project progress and ensure design specifications are being followed during the construction phase
  • Organize and track project schedules, deliverables, and FF&E budgets to ensure timely completion
  • Participate in project meetings, site visits, and design reviews

Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 1 -3 years of related experience in interior design, architecture, retail design, or commercial design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software with basic drafting skills
  • Basic understanding of interior construction drawings, including finish plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and finish schedules
  • Interior design or architectural portfolio required
  • Ability to travel within the United States as needed
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred
