Cosmetics Product Development Manager – Korea, Remote

We specialize in data-driven product development, rapidly launching and scaling winning products in the beauty and personal care category.

We are now expanding our Korean beauty supply chain and looking for a strong product lead based in Korea.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead beauty product development (skincare, haircare, personal care)
• Work closely with Korean OEM/ODM manufacturers
• Manage the full process: idea → sampling → formulation → production
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis (Amazon, Sephora, etc.)
• Identify trends, customer pain points, and winning product opportunities
• Coordinate with global teams (China & US)
• Support product positioning, claims, and launch preparation

✅ Requirements

• Based in Korea
• Experience in cosmetics product development
• Familiar with Korean OEM/ODM ecosystem
• Experience with Amazon or cross-border eCommerce (preferred)
• Fluent in English (must)
• Strong product sense (understand what sells, not just what exists)
