Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist supports end-to-end Parts operations, including dealer support via the Parts hotline, handling ordering, claims, returns, and technical requests, as well as coordinating logistics, supply, and warehouse processes. It also maintains the Parts ordering system (SAP), supports system improvements with PAG, ensures high customer care standards through dealer feedback and communication, and provides operational support to the Parts Manager on reporting, inventory, and process optimization activities.
Job Description:
Support Dealer Network
• Take responsibility for the Parts hotline
• Handle dealer Parts request and provide suitable solution
• Handle Parts ordering and cancellation
• Handle Parts claim and return
• Handle dealer with the Parts technical request
Parts Business Operation Support
• Manage and monitor Parts logistics operations (Inbound & Outbound)
• Handle and monitor Parts supply operations (Ordering/ Internal / Delivery)
• Handle and monitor Warehouse operations (Recall/ Scrap/Return)
• Handle supplier and vendor payment and relevant reports
• Maintain strong cross-functional support including campaign management, internal logistics request
Manage Parts Ordering System
• Maintain system data (SAP) and coordinate with PAG support team to solve Parts ordering and logistic system issues
• Support and work with PAG on new Parts logistic system project
Ensure high standard of Customer Care
• Monitor Dealers’ feedback to improving service quality
• Prepare Parts information publishing at PTW communication platform (PPN)
• Maintain active communication with PAG to resolve customer issue
Support Tasks Parts Manager
• Support with Parts related plan and process optimization
• Support yearly warehouse inventory stock-taking with external auditor
• Support monthly meetings, including department meeting, logistics meeting, and Parts meeting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistic or related degree
• At least 2 years working experience in logistics, Inventory and Warehousing, Parts Market Support or similar in the auto-motive industry
• At least 2 years working experience working with SAP
• Experience Qualification: Logistics, Inventory and Warehousing, Parts Market Support or similar in the automotive industry
• Fluent English and Traditional Chinese/ Mandarin
• Analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
