Requirements:
The role
You will play a key part in managing end‑to‑end procurement processes in a fast‑paced global high‑tech environment. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to secure the best commercial and operational outcomes for the company. You will evaluate suppliers, negotiate agreements, manage purchase processes, and ensure that procurement operations run efficiently and professionally.

The day-to-day
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle: requirements, RFQs, quotes analysis, and negotiations.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor performance evaluation and SLA adherence.
- Manage purchase order processes and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
- Support cost‑reduction initiatives and process improvements.
- Work independently while handling multiple procurement requests concurrently.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement.
- Experience working in global high‑tech companies.
- Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Intacct, ZIP) — advantage.
- Experience working with AI‑based tools for sourcing, automation, or vendor evaluation.
- Background in procurement of software, hardware, SaaS, or technology services.
- Experience working with cross‑functional approval workflows.
