We are currently seeking a Consultor BI to join our team in Monterrey, ideally in a hybrid work model (12 days in-office).
This role focuses on leading and executing Business Intelligence projects effectively and efficiently, identifying clients key needs and translating them into both technical and business terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements, collecting and documenting all necessary information to define project scope and objectives.
- Define project deliverables, timelines, and activities to provide accurate estimations and final proposals to clients.
- Select appropriate tools and execute project plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and implement processes and solutions related to project goals, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, storage, modeling, reports, dashboards, applications, and embedded analytics, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.
- Structure and model data sources, aligning them with client business rules for areas such as finance, production, and retail.
- Report project activities and progress to the Operations Management and Project Manager.
- Document implemented processes and solutions for both client delivery and future internal reference.
- Provide client support and guidance throughout project implementation.
- Manage and execute pre-purchased client hour bundles, contributing to company profitability.
- Deliver client training on BI and analytics tools developed and implemented during projects.
Languages
Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1)
Experience & Skills
8+ years of experience with Tableau(certification is a plus). Introductory knowledge in analytics and data visualization. Experience working with Snowflake. Strong SQL skills and database management experience. Proven customer service orientation.
