Management & Leadership Instructor

About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership strategy. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of AI systems used by organizations worldwide.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge of management theory makes a meaningful difference.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

• Review and evaluate AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
• Assess AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations
• Provide clear, structured feedback that improves how AI models approach managerial thinking
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying logical tradeoffs
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, constructive feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment

• MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
• Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational development
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
