What You'll Do
Enrollment Process Management
- Oversee and manage the enrollment process for new and existing customers wishing to engage in electronic transactions with Office Ally, ensuring that timely and accurate EDI payer/Clearinghouse is completed.
- Work directly with customers to complete and submit the appropriate information to be approved to send and receive electronic transactions through Office Ally.
- Validate and review enrollment documentation, ensuring completeness and adherence to payer specific standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for entities (such as Office Ally stakeholders, customers, clearinghouses, etc.), to advise the appropriate process for enrolling EDI transactions to be sent and received by Office Ally, where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate and manage the onboarding and enrollment process.
- Ensure that all enrollment activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards governing electronic transactions (HIPAA, X12 standards, etc.).
- Document and maintain accurate records of the enrollment process, including documentation of agreements, setup procedures, and communication with stakeholders.
- Provide support and guidance to internal and external customers throughout the enrollment process.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for specific Enterprise clients throughout the enrollment lifecycle, participating in prospect calls, leading enrollment kickoff meetings, and setting clear expectations for timelines and requirements.
- Manage ongoing client engagement through regular meetings and email communication, providing status updates, addressing questions, and ensuring alignment across all phases of enrollment.
- Resolve complex or escalated enrollment scenarios by partnering with internal teams and providing strategic guidance to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience working in enrollment management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enrollment processes simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for enrollment and EDI management
- Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot enrollment issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in understanding Enrollment processes for EDI transactions, industry standards and compliance regulations (HIPAA, ANSI X12).
- 3+ years of experience within the healthcare or insurance industry
