UX/UI Designer

Requirements

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and user behavior analysis to improve product experiences - Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch - Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications - Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders during design and development cycles - Deliver organized design handoffs using tools such as Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or InVision - Optimize user journeys, onboarding flows, landing pages, and product interactions - Design with accessibility and responsive design best practices in mind - Analyze user feedback, A/B testing results, and product performance to refine designs - Ensure visual consistency across products, platforms, and customer touchpoints - Support iterative product improvements based on analytics and usability insights Benefits
