This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Richmond Region for a Relationship Development Associate. The primary responsibilities include fostering and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting fundraising initiatives. The Associate will also conduct market research, collaborate with team members, and provide assistance in implementing strategic development plans to achieve organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and evaluate data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and stakeholders professionally.
• Experience or skills in fundraising to support outreach and financial development initiatives.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial services or prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
