Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Laborer role based in the Rockville, Virginia area. The General Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of hands-on physical tasks, including sorting materials, cleaning and maintaining workspaces, and assisting in the preparation and transportation of goods or equipment. The role includes operating equipment safely, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and supporting team members in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications

• Physical ability and willingness to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Basic safety awareness and a commitment to adhering to workplace safety standards.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Experience with operating tools, machinery, or equipment is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience in general labor work is highly valued.
