What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll help build hydraulic motors and components used in real-world equipment and applications. This is hands-on work that requires focus, quality, and mechanical skill.

You’ll:

  • Assemble hydraulic motors and subcomponents
  • Work from blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
  • Use hand tools, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and measuring devices
  • Install seals, bearings, shafts, and other components
  • Perform quality checks to make sure parts are built correctly
  • Record production and inspection information
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are:

  • MUST be mechanically inclined
  • MUST possess at least 1 -2 year experience in Assembly or manufacturing
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings
  • Experience with torque specs, measurements, and precision tools
  • Able to follow detailed work instructions
  • Quality-minded and detail-oriented
  • Reliable, accountable, and ready to work
  • Team players with a strong attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Experience

  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems or hydraulics is a plus

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on manufacturing role. Candidates should be comfortable with:

  • Standing for 8–10 hours
  • Frequent hand use and repetitive motion
  • Lifting and moving parts up to 35 lbs frequently
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, gripping, and handling tools and components throughout the shift
