The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing client relationships, identifying potential customers, and creating tailored sales strategies. This full-time, on-site position is based in Greater Milwaukee and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing sales presentations, addressing client inquiries, and meeting sales targets. The role also requires staying informed about market trends to ensure alignment with customer needs and the company’s branding.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and relationship building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable with other sales tools
- A passion for fashion, retail, and brand representation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with market research and data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
