What You’ll Do
As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent who keep our operations running strong
- Support DOT compliance, including driver qualification files and testing programs
- Administer leaves and benefits, including FMLA, state leaves, enrollments, and ongoing employee support
- Partner on HR programs such as performance management, training, and professional development initiatives
- Be a trusted employee resource, providing coaching, conflict resolution, and supporting investigations as needed
- Champion employee engagement, gathering feedback and helping implement culture and engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, ensuring alignment with employment laws and best practices
