Summary The Counter Sales Associate is a key frontline role supporting
our customer-first approach. You\'ll manage walk-in customer
interactions, process orders and repairs, and support warehouse
operationsall while creating a positive and professional experience that
reflects Kurz\'s reputation for service excellence. Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cycle counts within warehouse and/or shop locations Pick,
pack, and fulfill customer orders Enter and process orders accurately
Receive assets for shop repairs Answer incoming phone calls and direct
or relay messages Assist walk-in customers with counter sales
transactions Prepare service reports for customers as needed Maintain
warehouse/shop cleanliness and safety standards Support additional
duties as assigned based on business needs Qualifications High school
Diploma Or Equivalent Required Previous Warehouse Or Delivery Experience
preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Forklift
experience is a plus (training provided; must be willing to operate
