Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and messages with care, providing timely assistance and clear follow-up on questions or concerns.
• Process customer orders and update account information accurately while maintaining organized records in company systems.
• Handle both inbound and outbound communication to support service inquiries, order status updates, and routine account needs.
• Coordinate with accounting and internal team members to ensure customer issues, documentation, and requests are addressed efficiently.
• Use Microsoft Office and related business applications to prepare correspondence, track activity, and maintain administrative support tasks.
• Monitor customer interactions closely to ensure service standards are met and escalate more complex concerns when appropriate.
• Support office operations through dependable administrative assistance, including data entry and routine documentation management.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to manage order entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining a detail-oriented and helpful approach.
• Experience making outbound calls for follow-up, issue resolution, or customer updates.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in an onsite office environment.
• Familiarity with business systems such as customer account or order management platforms is preferred.
