Indexed description
We're on the lookout for an experienced Change Manager to step into a high-impact role and hit the ground running. You'll be instrumental in driving, coordinating, and embedding change management initiatives across a complex organisation — championing required changes, building organisational buy-in, and partnering with stakeholders and project teams to ensure every initiative lands successfully.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, bring a structured yet adaptable approach, and know how to take people on a change journey — we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Change management
- Develop and implement end-to-end change management strategies — covering communications, business transition, and stakeholder management plans
- Design and facilitate change impact assessments and business readiness reviews
- Lead planning and resource allocation across business change initiatives
- Build and track change effectiveness metrics and reporting frameworks
- Drive change delivery for process, system, and digital transformation projects — bridging technology and business outcomes
- Work hand-in-hand with project and IT teams across all phases of system implementation
Stakeholder engagement
- Build and sustain high-quality stakeholder relationships, proactively managing expectations, issues, and risks — including change resistance
- Partner with IT, project delivery, and business stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and digital capabilities
- Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders to support change uptake
- Own and manage a rolling program-level communications plan aligned to delivery milestones and governance rhythms
- Plan and deliver organisational communications — staff briefings, messaging frameworks, and targeted calls to action — aligned to executive priorities
- Actively participate in planning workshops with a lens on change impacts, capacity, and readiness
Training & support
- Coach and prepare employees throughout the change lifecycle
- Conduct training needs analysis and design targeted training plans and materials
- Deliver end-user training and provide hands-on go-live and post-implementation support
- Monitor and report on change adoption, user readiness, and system utilisation metrics
- Support benefits realisation tracking and contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learnt
What we're looking for
- Relevant tertiary qualification, change management accreditation (e.g. Prosci, APMG), and/or significant hands-on experience in the field
- Proven track record of designing and delivering change management plans in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills — you can bring anyone on the journey
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across diverse disciplines and business units
- Solid grounding in change management methodologies, principles, and toolkits
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills — comfortable identifying trends, assessing risk, and problem-solving under pressure
- Sound financial and risk management acumen, including budgeting experience
This role requires someone who is flexible, proactive, and genuinely enjoys wearing multiple hats to get the job done. If you're ready to bring structure, empathy, and momentum to an organisation navigating change — apply now or reach out directly.
