As a Staff Engineer at Sonio, you will be the ultimate technical authority for our Elixir/Phoenix ecosystem, architecting high-scale, resilient systems and driving engineering velocity across your squad.

Requirements

- 8+ years of software engineering experience - 3+ years in Elixir in production at scale - Expertise in web & cloud native environment - Deep knowledge of Elixir/Phoenix/Ecto/PostgreSQL performance - Experience with distributed systems in a cloud context - Strong architecture and API design skills - Written communication skills to author RFCs/ADRs - Technical leadership without authority - Fluent English; French a plus Benefits
