About This Position
We are scaling across Europe and looking for a highly organized Product Operations Manager to be the strategic engine of our product organization. In many companies, Product Managers are stretched thin across the entire lifecycle; at allO, we believe in specialization to achieve excellence.
This role is the "master of prioritization." This is the role to own the product delivery and align the entire company in one direction. You won't be bogged down by scoping technical solutions—our Product Engineering Leads handle that. Instead, you will bridge the gap between our commercial powerhouses (Sales, Marketing, Support) and our Engineering team. Your mission is to ensure that the RIGHT thing is being built at the RIGHT moment, on time. If you excel here, this role offers significant responsibility and growth potential within the company.
Job Requirements
Your Profile | What you should bring
- Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, Project Management, or a similar role in operation-intensive environments.
- Complexity Handling: Experience working with products featuring a large scope of features is a huge plus.
- Technical Mindset: A technical background is a significant advantage, helping you bridge the gap between technology and physical reality.
- The "Prioritizer" Mindset: You are ruthless when it comes to prioritization and hitting KPIs. You excel at navigating trade-offs to ensure the team stays focused.
- Software Proficiency: You are a power user of Linear and Notion and have an analytical mindset with experience in product analytics tools like PostHog. You’re also highly effective with AI tools, using them to move faster and cut unnecessary work without cutting corners on impact.
- People Person: You are easygoing and thrive when dealing with diverse stakeholders and international environments.
- Detail & Grit: You are super organized, enjoy planning, and have a keen eye for detail across all operations.
- Language & Location: You are based in Berlin, speak fluent English and can hold a conversation in German.
- Master of Prioritization: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the product roadmap, translating feedback from commercial and operations teams into a clear, high-impact execution plan.
- Stakeholder Synchronizer: Closely collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, and Support to deeply understand the "Problem" space and customer pain points.
- Resource Coordination: Manage capacity planning and navigate trade-offs. If resources shift or plans change, you are the calm in the storm, coordinating with all parties to adjust expectations and timelines.
- Bridge to Engineering: Deliver clear, validated "Problem Tickets" to our Product Engineering Leads. You ensure they have the context needed to commit to timelines and propose technical solutions.
- Beta & Launch Excellence: Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers to test new features with beta customers, then collaborate with our Product Enablement and Marketing teams to drive high adoption post-launch.
- Systems Architect: Build, document, and constantly iterate on the processes that keep our product machine running smoothly.
- Direct Leadership: Work directly with our CTO and collaborate closely with the founders.
- Direct Impact: You are the reason our engineering capacity is used effectively and our growth is sustainable.
- Ownership: The opportunity to take ownership of the prioritization process in a leading restaurant tech platform.
- Startup Culture: A collaborative, fast-paced atmosphere with a flat structure and significant room for personal growth.
- Compensation & Perks:
- A very competitive and attractive salary package.
- 30 paid vacation days per year.
- Flexible working hours
- Latest Apple devices & hardware for max performance.
- Public transport subsidy (Deutschlandticket).
- Health benefits (Wellhub / Wellpass).
