Senior Full Stack Development Advisor

What does a successful Senior Full stack Development Advisor do at Fiserv?

A successful Senior Full stack Development Advisor at Fiserv designs, develops, and maintains high-quality full-stack applications that support business goals and client needs. They work across teams to turn requirements into clear technical solutions and deliver reliable outcomes. They raise engineering standards through strong testing, peer reviews, and coaching.

What you will do?

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform coding, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance using Spring and microservices.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

What you must have?

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 7+ years of experience in 1+ programming language (Java, C, C#, C++, or similar).
• 7+ years of experience with Spring and microservices.
• 7+ years of experience with 1+ modern UI framework (React, Angular, or similar).

What would be nice to have?

• 4+ years of experience with 1+ cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps, including Kafka.
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies.
