The Role:

Relationship Manager (RM) As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships, working directly with a Managing Director and Wealth Advisors to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience while supporting advisor productivity and growth. This Relationship Manager role is designed for a detail-oriented, client-facing professional who thrives at the intersection of client service, money movement, and operational execution. What You’ll Do:

You will serve as a trusted execution partner to Advisors, owning money movement, account maintenance, and client operational workflows. You will act as a coordinator across custodians, planning tools, and internal systems to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and an exceptional client experience.

· Partner closely with Wealth Advisors and Managing Directors to support ongoing client relationships, delivering a professional and personalized experience

· Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing client communication

· Support client onboarding, account maintenance, money movement and cash flow management, and suitability documentation

· Research and help resolve complex client service and operational matters

· Participate in financial planning support, pipeline tracking, and client review preparation

· Gain exposure to advisor workflows, planning conversations, and long-term relationship management


***Requirements*** What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience

· Prior client-facing experience preferred

· Experience within wealth management, financial advisory, banking, trust, or related financial services or client operations roles

· High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

· Series 65 registration or ability to obtain within a defined onboarding period

· Desire to pursue the CFP® designation

· Willingness to work in an office environment 3-4 days/week

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred

· Familiarity with Schwab and Fidelity custodial platforms
