- Manage assigned key accounts like Puregold, Robinsons, SM, Waltermart, etc., and achieve sales target set by the Company with focus on placement, distribution and saturation grid.
- Establish and maintain good trade relations with key accounts.
- Negotiate with key accounts for the best trade deals for the company in terms of marketing, merchandising and distribution aimed at improving and optimizing sales and operations efficiency.
- Prepare and submit reports related to key accounts management and sales performances.
- With Bachelor's Degree in any business related course
- With at least 2 years work experience in the same capacity preferably from an FMCG or manufacturing company
- With excellent negotiation, communication & inter-personal skills
- Proficient in excel, power point
- Proactive, assertive, result-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to do field work in different locations and do admin day at Malabon head office.
