What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted business partner to clients — providing strategic communications counsel that aligns with business objectives and drives competitive differentiation.
- Develop and execute IMC strategies leveraging owned, earned, and paid media channels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists and editors, content creators, and analysts.
- Champion the agency’s reputation and culture by embodying leadership, creativity, and strategic excellence across markets.
- Support multiple client accounts and regional projects, ensuring profitability, quality of service, and award-worthy outcomes.
- Support senior team members in client engagement and project planning, contributing ideas to strengthen campaign outcomes.
- Build and maintain client relationships (including C-suite), assisting in communications with senior stakeholders where appropriate.
- Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and proactively shape strategies that advance both client and agency goals.
- Contribute to new business efforts by supporting pitch decks, and presentations with insights.
- Participate in developing and applying Hoffman Agency (HA) products and methodologies for regional replication.
- Contribute to agency growth initiatives such as off-sites, “lunch bucket” presentations, and cross-regional knowledge sharing.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; postgraduate or MBA qualification is a plus.
- 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Public Relations and Communications (agency or in-house). Prior experience working at a PR agency or in a dedicated in-house PR role is strongly prioritized.
- Strategic planning expert with experience supporting regional accounts, delivering measurable business impact, and translating client goals into compelling campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the technology B2C and/or B2B ecosystem, with expertise in media relations, storytelling, and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in handling content creators/KOLs as well as involvement in social media campaign is a plus point
- Hands-on experienced in managing cross-functional teams, mentoring juniors, and integrating digital/social media trends across multiple channels.
- Articulate communicator with strong presentation skills and a consultant mindset capable of balancing creative innovation with commercial profitability.
