- Improve discovery and adoption of these tools across key surfaces (Explore, Asset Detail, Trade page, Portfolio).
- Ensure tools are trustworthy and explainable, especially for AI-driven insights, through clear UX, disclosures, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Streamline onboarding/KYC flows to improve completion rates and speed-to-trade while maintaining security and compliance.
- Partner with Risk/Compliance to design controls that scale, including automated approvals, step-up authentication, and exception handling.
- Improve instrumentation and diagnosis of onboarding drop-offs to drive measurable lift.
- Establish and monitor key platform metrics (conversion, retention, feature adoption, and reliability metrics).
- Run structured experiments and iterative launches; ensure learnings are captured and scaled.
- Work with Analytics/Data to improve dashboards, event hygiene, and funnel visibility.
- Translate strategy into PRDs, user stories, and launch plans; manage dependencies across teams.
