Product Manager

We’re hiring a Product Portfolio Manager – Cell & Gene Therapy/Bioprocessing to drive global portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and product innovation for GMP solutions supporting therapy development from discovery to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle, pricing, forecasting, and portfolio performance
• Lead innovation initiatives and support new product development programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and Quality teams
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and technical/regulatory communications
• Drive customer insights, market intelligence, and business growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 9001:2015, CAPA, and change control processes
• Provide technical and regulatory support to sales and customer-facing teams

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in product management, portfolio strategy, or life sciences/biotech industries
• Strong understanding of cell & gene therapy, GMP environments, and regulatory processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced global environment
